Making the anniversary a driving force for growth.

To make the anniversary year exciting and to create a driving force for further growth, we produced a movie depicting the dreams of the CEO and the employees. The dramatic production created a story that employees would be drawn into.

Vitec is an electronics trading company that mainly handles electronic components. We produced a movie to be shown at the company’s anniversary celebration. The story centers on the company’s history and the thoughts of the representative, and is dramatically staged with the dreams of the employees woven into the story. The movie conveys the strong determination of the representative, who has always said what he means and done what he says and made it a reality, and on the occasion of the anniversary, it inspires employees once again and conveys the importance of talking about their dreams.

Prior to the movie production, a brand book was created. While carefully listening to the president’s past history and future prospects, a workshop was held at the same time with several volunteers to formulate a code of conduct. The top management’s thoughts and the determination of the frontline. By depicting both sides in the brand book, we were able to create a content that all employees can relate to.

The movie depicts the contents of the brand book more emotionally and completes it as something that resonates with employees’ hearts. The end roll includes the resolutions of all employees in text so that they can feel the response of having participated in the movie as a participant.

This project was a unique opportunity for both the company and the employees, and it became a major driving force for growth.
